To all Profile customers

As you are now aware, Profile have implemented a number of internal policies during this emergency. We have a minimal number of staff working in the office with most of our staff working from home. This policy is designed to keep our staff and their families safe and this policy forms a part of our Business Continuity Plan.

Our number one policy is to keep staff safe but our second policy is to continue to offer support to our customer base. Support is as normal – contact the office by phone and one of our support team will then contact you. You can also email them directly.

Working from Home

Our engineers are busy facilitating customers to allow some of their staff to work from home so please bear with them as they are currently experiencing a heavy volume of calls. Please contact us if you need any information on this setup.

GDPR and working from home

If any of your employees are working from home, your GDPR policies may need to be investigated to ensure that all data remains safe. Asking staff to save data to your server instead of their own PC would be a possible policy to have in place.

Sick / Missing Staff

If you have staff that are out sick or can’t work, and they perform jobs within the Profile accounts system e.g. process payroll, that no one else in your company is trained in, please don’t hesitate to call on us to help you. We can help you process your payroll, upload VAT, upload VIES, get reports for accountants, etc. Anything that Profile can help you with in this unprecedented time, we will endeavour to be there for you.
